CRO Race is an international sports and tourism event of exceptional importance for the Republic of Croatia. For the 10th year in a row, it has brought together top cycling teams, including those from the highest ranking of the World Cycling Organization (UCI). In addition to the sports segment, the race also brings numerous benefits for the tourism promotion of Croatia abroad, as confirmed by the live television broadcast in 140 countries around the world.

The CRO Race is a great source of pride for the Republic of Croatia and the numerous places and cities through which it passes. The benefits of this race have been recognized by numerous stakeholders, such as destination partners throughout Croatia, stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality sector, and numerous esteemed sponsors and partners. It is precisely this involvement of numerous partners that emphasizes the value of the CRO Race as a comprehensive and internationally established project.

In addition to the international cycling race, the Kids CRO Race is also held in each destination city. In cooperation with schools, for children aged 9 to 12, races on trainers are organized, and the best placed ones compete in the final in Zagreb and are declared along with the winners of the CRO Race. Several thousand children from all over Croatia have participated in the previous Kids CRO Races.
